
CANNONBALLS
Browsed through some old footage and came across some practice clips. Here is me attempting crunched-in windmills, I call them cannonballs. Its much more difficult than pogos/babymills, because the momentum comes from the arc in the back and the roll, instead of the bounce and leg kicks. Also I needed the higher bounce because it gives more time to roll under to avoid slamming into my shoulder.
I’ll update these, if I get them down consistently.
